Went here today for the first time, my appt. Was with Jennifer and she was amazing. She gave me a he best pedicure I have ever had and the manicure was just as good. She also did a brow tint and laminate...yay I have eyebrows again. I loved the experience so much I booked a facial with her. I highly recommend you try this place it's nice and clean and very relaxing.

I was in search of a place I could get a healthy pedicure and found Polished Spa was advertising a waterless pedicure. The minute I stepped in I felt so at ease and relaxed. The beds are the best and super comfortable. The rooms are immaculate and the staff are so compassionate. You won’t miss or even notice that the pedicure was waterless and I highly recommend Lisa. She did an amazing job and it lasted for over a month. Then I scheduled a head and shoulder massage with Jessica. I was recovering from surgery and within my first few minutes she knew exactly where my trouble spots were and had me feeling the best I had in weeks. I immediately signed up for the full body massage and again she provided such relief I actually cried tears of joy. She spent time discussing my condition and concerns before starting and knew just what my body and mind needed. She truly has healing hands. I bought 3 gift cards and hoping to share my experience with my family and friends. I Highly recommend Polished Spa for everyone! We all deserve to be pampered and the benefits are huge!

She has such a lovely energy that instantly puts you at ease, which was exactly what I needed during the busy and sometimes stressful lead-up to my wedding. Not only is Jennifer incredibly kind, but she’s also exceptionally skilled. She listened carefully to what I wanted and worked her magic to help me achieve the look I envisioned. My skin was glowing, and my nails were absolutely perfect for all of my events. Heaven. Just Heaven. It starts with the vibe when you enter the waiting lounge. Then the massage rooms are great. No heavy scents to annoy, the massage bed is amazing. Heated and adjustable. I had Jess and wow she is a force! First time did an hour but 90 minutes is the way to go. She actually fixed my back and shoulders from this killer year of snow removal. I would say this is the perfect place to relax. Well worth visiting!
